Hi Maria, The rule of thumb, is to first use the application's un-installer, if one is available. If not, then go to the control panel, and Add/Remove programs. I think I'd like to uninstall JAWS 7.1 and reinstall it without merging it. My question is: Is it best to use the JAWS uninstall or the add or remove programs? Also, is it safe to delete shared components? Sunny Day Maria Campbell [EMAIL PROTECTED] Happy moments, praise God. Difficult moments, seek God. Quiet moments, worship God.
