Hi Sarah, Narrator.exe, is the file of interest, and it can be found in the following: c:\Windows\System32 I created a shortcut for this and placed it on the desktop, and then assigned a hotkey to it. This way I can call Narrator without the utility manager. The hot key is a Windows default and you don't have to set it up--it's always there as part of the system installation.
