Actually, Annette, when two or more people are using the same computer, I'm
a strong advocate of creating multiple user accounts up front. That way,
each individual can do a lot of customization to suit their own likes and
needs--for example, if there's a blind user and a sighted one, perhaps the
sighted user might want to use the Quick Launch bar and the alternate
layouts that aren't the Windows classic versions that are required when
using access applications. Also, if one user wants to do so, they can even
password-protect everything under their account. I've used every possible
combination from multiple identities within Outlook Express up to and
including multiple user accounts with separate system boot-ups, so I'm
pretty clear on all of the possible options.

Walt, good point. I'm wondering if they each have their own sign-in on the
computer, and they had their e-mail settings set to reflect their own name,
would this work?
