Hailley - Hmmmmmm...that's definitely not a Windows update dialog. While that dialog is open, press INSERT+Q to get the name of the configuration that's running (probably Default) and, more important, the name of the executable program. For example, when I do that as I'm composing this message, I hear "Outlook Express settings MSOE.dll." The important item is the second--the name of whatever program or .dll file is presenting the dialog. If you press INSERT+Q twice quickly, the information is presented in the virtual buffer. Do that, press CTRL+A to capture all the information to the clipboard, then put it into a note and send that to the list or directly to me. Maybe I can help you figure out what's presenting that dialog and help you to get rid of it.

I thought I had already installed it once before but it keeps coming back so guess not. It just has those 3 boxs to choose to install..sonic, win-video or shield manager and an ok or cancel buttons Hailley Visit the JAWS Users list home page at: http://www.jaws-users.com For a complete list of email commands pertaining to the JAWS Users List send a blank email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Visit the new archives page at the following address http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Yahoo!
