Of course, there's an easier way of finding out whether you're using the classic start menu or the XP start menu. Just press the Windows key, and hit the letter "A". If Jaws says nothing except "A", then you'll know that you are using the classic start menu. When you hit "A" in the XP start menu, Jaws reads out, "All Programs". In any case, sorry to make you have to read through all the babble of the task bar and start menu options dialog box. I guess I just like to hear myself, or in this case, Jaws, talk.
