I have a user who was just upgraded from Groupwise 5.0 to Groupwise 6.5 She uses JAWS 7.0 It worked fine with Groupwise 5.0, but is having problems with 6.5 I have installed the groupwise.jsb file from the Groupwise installation CD, but it doesn't seem to change the way JAWS and Groupwise interact.
The main problem she is having is that the Braille display does not always update when the focus moves. The speech follows the focus well. For example, if she deletes an email, the Groupwise foxus will change to the next message. The speech will say the information about the current email, but the Braille display will often still display information about the email which was deleted. Sometimes the Braille display will refresh after a delay. Other times the Braille display does not seem to refresh at all. Does anyone know how to correct this? Thanks!
