Well, Eloquence is widely used and is not owned by FS--they just license it. 
There's a TSN with a downloadable file at:

This will work with most of the more recent versions of JAWS. It is not a 
JAWS dictionary file, but is the Eloquence dictionary, which is not normally 
user-accessible.

well, what else uses Eloquence but Jaws?  I've never heard of it outside of
a Jaws context, but yes, I suppose if you were using another synthesizer, it
wouldn't do this.  Are there more eloquence bugs?  I had my friend send me
an IM with that word in it, and down I went.  *grin* not only that, but the
"add new printer," dialog came up, which is just too amusing...
