Hi there david, When you select your last address you want included, (control plus space bar,) and now your ready to hit the application key to creat the e mail which you want to send out, (do you continue to hold down the "control key" upon hitting the applications key? Then hold down the control key and arrow to the second person and hit the space bar on their name. Repeat this process until you have selected all of the people in question. Then hit the applications key and arrow down to the action sub menu. In there pick the first option.
