Hailley: Hi. Yes, I offered to assist, but not knowing what you needed, I did not wish to offend by condescending or speaking without knowledge. There is a way to make it so that signatures are attached to only certain messages., For example, I did not se that pithy saying that you like so much on this message, probably because it was a reply. In the signatures tab that you obviously found, there are a bunch of check boxes which control how and when the signatures are attached. You can have more than one, and choose which one goes with which message; you can choose whether or not to attach them to replies; I have not chosen to do so, for example, but if I were to write you as a new message rather than a reply, my sigline would be attached as follows:

I could have several signatures set up and, depending on whether I checked the "attach signature to all outgoing messages," box, and chose one of them signatures which would appear in the combo box in that same tab, I could customize it.
