Yes that is my opinion for what it's worth. I use sygate personal firewall. It blocks unauthorized incoming and out going traffic quite well There is also another program that I recently posted but since I've never used it myself I don't know the details of running the thing. I do know that it is jaws friendly for a fact. I do use a router because I have 2 other systems using the same internet connection here. So, David, we all need to find a better, preferably free, firewall rather than depend on the Windows firewall? so, what would that be? Does AVG do that?Marilyn [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] Visit the JAWS Users list home page at: http://www.jaws-users.com For a complete list of email commands pertaining to the JAWS Users List send a blank email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Visit the new archives page at the following address http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Yahoo!
