Are you saying that the two items were already enabled when you received the 
error message? If so, then I don't know why you'd have received it, but this 
is an area that I don't claim to know a lot about, so maybe someone else can 
offer some suggestions.

ok I did as you said..here is what I got back. I am in the process of doing
these steps but want to make sure I am doing it correctly. *the enabled
button was checked in both cases, I have checked the prompt now for both of
these but have not finished I wanted to send this out to you before I
continued to make sure I am correct here.
