Did you also grab the separate JCF file I have up there. If I understand you correctly the menus aren't reading at all, is this correct? We're talking about ECleaner I imagine. Dave, I just installed this program however, it's not working too well with Jaws in fact..nothing. I tried to read the commands but I can only tab it gives me the names of the items but when I enter on it the info is not read. I can route jaws but I'm missing the commands and anything else for that matter.. So how did you get it to work? Based on your site info it did not install with any hot key..alt-control-J it just went staright to start menu.
