start menu, P for programs, J for whatever version jaws your using and enter on it then enter on explore jaws settings then enter on my settings and down arrow and see if you have anything for Yahoo messenger jaws scripts in there. I'm not sure what they would be called as I don't use the program but it should say like *example here*skype.jcf so you know what script is for what program Then if you see them just alt f4 to close all that.. Then open the program..yahoo messenger and press insert-0 and then do control S then alt f4.
