hi all I have 3 questions and I hope that some people on hear can help me out the first question is how to make a hot key for jaws so that you can re load it if you need to un load it for some reason. and the other question is how do you check that the specks are right what I mien is screen resolution and how to make jaws work as good as it can with your computer? I would also like to know why it is that when I go on to some ftp sights and use first letter navigation jaws doesn't read all the things in the folder? and I can't seem to use the arrow keys? Any help you can give me answering any of these questions would be great.
