It's probably there. Go the the MS Update web site and choose to see your 
update history. I had to do that and saw that there was an update applied 
yesterday, even though I didn't even know it.

And once that update is applied, don't forget to re-register that .dll file 
as is explained on the GRC.com web site if you had unregistered it earlier.
