Hi CJ. Press alt V to open the view menu. Then down arrow till you hear sort by. Right arrow to open the sub menu. As you move through this menu using up and down arrow you will hear each item. When it gets to received it should also say checked. if it doesn't press enter. Then you will have to press alt V and right arrow again to get back into it.
