Good evening, Just encountered my first issue with AVG virus scan since converting to it from Norton. Victor sent me an attachment tonight and when I went to open it my email program (Outlook 2000) crashed. Initially I thought it may be a fluke or bad file etc. I then got an attachment from my wife , same thing . I sent myself a test attachment and again same thing.
Is there a setting in AVG that one needs to make to allow viewing and/or opening of email attachments? Previous to installing AVG I had no problems. thanks Al -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
