Hi: I am trying to install the fax program from the windows CD; I go to Ad/remove and hit space bar on the toolbar item there that says: "install windows components" Well, it says the percentage and everything, but afterwards, I can't find the program. Is there something else I should be clicking on or something? I have looked in the programs menu as well as communication under accessories. Jaws version 7.1. Thanks for the help, Deb.
