That's not a router issue, it's an issue of your Outlook Express options.

1. Open Tools>Options in Outlook Express.
2. CTRL+TAB several times until you get to the Security tab.
3. TAB down until you find the item that says not to open or save
attachments that might contain a virus. If this is not checked, check it and
see if this resolves your problem.
4. TAB to OK and press ENTER.

Subject: [jaws-users] outlook express and routers

I need some help. I have outlook express 6.0, Jaws 7.0 and xp. Our router
went out and we got a sighted person to put another one on for us, but I am
having a
problem with attachments. When I get an attachment now when I go to it to
open it and hit enter it opens up with out asking me what I want to do with
it.
It use to ask me if I wanted to save it or open it now it doesn't. What can
I do to get it back to the way it was?
