Can you give me a step by step of what it takes to use one of the e-mail
cleaners?  I could then look through it and see where there might be a
problem.  Or else, have your friend explain to you where she is having a
problem with the cleaner, and I'll see if I can figure out a solution.

yes she uses jaws 7.10 maybe she's not familar with all the stickey key
