1. Hold down the CTRL key. This selects the item that was highlighted when the key was pressed. 2. Use the DOWN ARROW to move through the list. 3. When an item you want is highlighted, press the SPACEBAR. Each time you do this, that item is also selected. 4. When done, take whatever next step is desired (delete, copy, etc.).
