Hi Jason, If you hit the key combination of alt-f, then hit the letter for A, this will bring up the save as dialog box.
You can then do a shift tab and go through your hard drive. Odds are that when you do the shift tab, you'll land on the folder that Outlook uses to save it's document attachments. You'll have to backspace several times to land on your desktop. After that, you'll be able to enter on your my documents folder or any other folder you want to save it in.
