Make sure you have a shortcut set for JAWS. Typically this is Control+Alt+J. To check on this or set it do the following.
Go to your desktop. Right click on the JAWS icon Select Properties from the applications menu. Tab to short cut. If it says Control+Alt+J, you are in business and you need to just press ESC to get out of this dialog box. If it says none, then press the letter j. Hit enter. If you are still in the dialog box, tab to apply and press space. Tab to OK and press space. I like to go back into the shortcuts dialog box and make sure the short cut has been set before unloading JAWS with Insert+F4. Also, is there a way that I can turn Jaws back on without having to turn my computer off and on again? Thanks. Hi, I'm looking for a program that you can customize to clean out certain things from your computer to increase performance, while keeping your privacy? Does anyone know whether this program will work well with jaws? I heard of something semular, but I can't think of it at this time. If anyone has any information, please let me know. Thank you.
