Hi Jason, One thing that's always worked for me is the tab key.
Once in a while, Jaws won't perform as readily as we'd like, and occasionally it stays on the address bar after you've hit enter to go to the link typed in. At that point, once the page is loaded and I'm still in the address bar, I simply hit tab and it takes me back to the main window. There may be a Jaws keystroke for this, but I'm not aware of it.
