Hi: I just upgraded to XPPro and when I went to download the service pack 2 for MSOffice first I received a beep and then a dialog about the information bar; telling me that it was there, but I couldn't navigate anyplace to allow the download. I unchecked pop up blocker in tools, but still nothing happens when I hit spacebar or enter on the button; using JAWS 7.10, and haven't installed Norton Internet Security yet. Any help on what to do would be appreciated. Thanks, Deb.
