To change your punctuation setting in JAWS, do the following:

Insert+J to open the JAWS menu.

Press Enter to activate the Options submenu.

Arrow down to Voices and press enter to open this dialog box.

  Tab to Punctuation.

Use your up and down arrows to find the All setting. You may find that this
allows JAWS to read way too many punctuation marks, so you might want to try
  some of the other settings.

Tab to Apply and press the Space bar.

Tab to OK and press the space bar.

You may also want to spend some time learning how to use the Help feature in
JAWS. Many of the questions you have asked are answered there.

You need to change the punctuation setting in JAWS to probably all.
