To change your punctuation setting in JAWS, do the following: Insert+J to open the JAWS menu. Press Enter to activate the Options submenu. Arrow down to Voices and press enter to open this dialog box. Tab to Punctuation. Use your up and down arrows to find the All setting. You may find that this allows JAWS to read way too many punctuation marks, so you might want to try some of the other settings. Tab to Apply and press the Space bar. Tab to OK and press the space bar. You may also want to spend some time learning how to use the Help feature in JAWS. Many of the questions you have asked are answered there.
