Date: 11/02/06 sent at: 12 PM EST Mich, If you are having this many problems. I would think there are some issues to look at: A: viruses on your computer. Where a big one or smaller ones. B: In your outlook Express, in, options the different settings there. This all you need to do is ALT F for the menu bar then arrow right over to the Action menu list (might have a different name) Arrow down to the point of getting options. From there by doing Control/Tab combo key you can go into each section. Inside each of those folders one should pay close attention to everything. Victor and others can give things that should give information to make sure check or not checked. Then if you make any changes you have to tab down to apply button and then hit enter and again tab down and enter on ok. C: I am wondering if you by accident messed up your account section in this area. Where you are getting messages of Error. D: if this is not the case a call to the internet company for yourself. Explaining exactly what is going on. I don't know about your area. They are very good here and even can with your permission enter your computer. E: If you are blind there is no need for the monitor to be on and there for no need for screen saver to be on. This can be an issue. F: I don't know about the rest. I have learned in my AVG Pro version, that I can not be in my Outlook Office while it is running.. Not sure why but I don't make a big deal being it only takes an hour or almost an hour to run. Other than there is a few more features in Outlook Office, there is not that much difference in the Plain and office. You can set spell checker to do it's thing before sending or not. Good luck in solving your complicated problem you seem to be having now. Geno
