Loyd, when I have had this problem, I have discovered that if I go to sent messages and arrow right, the list of "missing" e mailfolders shows up. The folders end up in tiers, level one, level two, etc. Someone said you can do this by going to local folders and arrowing right, also. Don't ask me why this happens although it was discussed on this list sometime last summer. It might be in the jaws user list home page archives. Marilyn
