After reviewing this idea I agree completely with Walt. It would be far too
much trouble to do what was proposed. I would be happy if people just kept
their subject lines relevant to the message they're posting. In other words
no changes are going to happen at this time.

Count me out. That's just too much trouble when you're trying to process
over 300 list messages a day. I joined this list with the full intention of
attempting to be as helpful as possible, but I sincerely believe that this
is asking too much.

Sounds fine to me having only gone over it once here before breakfast.

Greetings David and all users,
Might I make a simple suggestion to help us all out on helping us
sort through all the questions posed and replied to in this forum?

After you have read a question here and have elected to reply to it, in the
subject line insert the original lister's name at the end of the original
subject line.

For instance;
I post a question with the subject line of,
" JAWS 8.0 Navigation Keystroke Command" send it to the list

You guys read my question and decide to reply to me with a helpful
suggestion, (after reading the rest of your email in case someone else has
sent in the same answer you came up with- grins)

You execute the reply command, go to the subject line and add the name of
the person you are replying to at the end of the subject line to reference
who you are replying to within the original thread so it would look like
this;

"JAWS 8.0 Navigation Keystroke Command"- Bob
(Bob being my name).

This way it will help all of us sort out, in our in box, the thread and then
the person you wish to follow in the threaded question or who you want to
read or reply back to.

This sound like a decent suggestion?
