Subject: [jaws-users] Updated JFW & Outlook Express issues

Hi folks,

I'm running windows XP Home, service pack 2, on a 3 GHZ machine with 768 MB
of DDR Ram.

I installed the updated JFW this past Friday. I had to download the full
version and install because the automatic update didn't work. But, after
I've done this, and now when I run Outlook Express six, for an extended
period of time, JFW will
freeze. The only way to fix things is to either exit and re-start Outlook
Express or, on a few occasions, actually re-boot the machine.

So, I uninstalled the updated version of 7.1, and went back to the previous
version of 7.1. But, it is still doing it. I have to go all the way back to
7.0 to get things to run as they used to do.

Anyone have any ideas what might be happening here? And, how, if possible.
to fix it? I know others have had major issues with 7.1, but this is the
first time I've had any problems with it.

Of course, this might just be the excuse I need to make myself start using
Thunderbbird. LOL!

~Ann
