It sounds like the messages you are forwarding might have been composed in HTML--it's a little hard to figure out from your description exactly what's going on. However, try this:
1. From the Inbox, press ALT+T followed by the letter O to open Options. 2. Press CTRL+TAB once to move to the Read page. 3. Press TAB until you hear "Read All Messages in Plain Text." If this check box is checked, uncheck it. 4. TAB to the OK button and press ENTER to save your settings. Now, try forwarding a message that failed before and see if this fixes the problem.
