Just a thought, have any of you checked your spam/ spam quarantine folder?
Have you checked your ISP email filters or even your Outlook filters?

Lisa and Patty.
I too have the same problem. Does anyone else out there have any
suggestions for diverting wanted email into going into the bulk folder?
Thanks from the three of us in advance for your help. ~Ken~

  Hi Patty,
Sometimes I have that very same problem. When I go to my bulk folder in my
SBC yahoo DSL account there I will find the missing emails from this list.
I'm not sure if that is your problem, but it is worth a try. I hope this
  helps.
  Take care,
  Lisa,

changed is the way I get my email from the list.
