  Just make a folder give it that name if you want..my downloads. and put it 
  either on your desktop or my documents as a suggestion here. Then when you 
  are asked where you want this download to be saved to you can tab to the box 
  and locate this folder or type in the full path name..
  like, c:\my documents\my downloads\name of the thing your downloading then 
  press alt s to start the download process..
