[Jaxen] tests for Jaxen

I adopted the test Driver from werken.xpath to Jaxen and ran the tests.
I also added a couple tests to abbr_tests.xml as I found that "text()"
doesn't work with Jaxen.  There are four other failures in
abbr_tests.xml and iso_latin_1_tests.xml failed all, but I didn't look
into why.  Note, I didn't make a couple changes to the doc.xml files
from werken.xpath.
