Hello,

JDOM can use SAX to build it's object model - in the same way that many DOM
implementations use a basic SAX engine to construct their model. So,
although it's got SAX in the title, it is actually JDOM code that builds a
JDOM object model.

Subject: [Jaxen] Both JDom and SAX in JDOMDemo?

Hi,

In the JDOMDemo application both JDom and SAX are
used. Aren’t they two different technologies, that
parses differently and one run in memory and on
files/streams? Why not just use JDom? Can somebody
explain this?

Regards,
Peter Lorenzen

SAXBuilder builder = new SAXBuilder();
Document doc = builder.build( url );
XPath xpath = new JDOMXPath( xpathExp );
