JAXBSchemaSG in subversion trunk does not compile as it references non-existing
types SchemaVisitorImpl and SchemaWalker. Perhaps related to the merge of the
JAXME-28 branch?
I'm attaching a patch which reverts the changes in subversion revisions 232552
and 232571 and applies the changes from JAXME-58.patch, which makes it compile
for me.
