Can anybody checkout the latest changes and run goal build on the top
level project?
It should build the full site with tabbed browsing.

PD: You might need to change common-build/maven.xml and uncomment the
jar:install goal for building it correctly. It will install on the local
repository the artifacts before building the next project.
