Resolution: Fixed
Patch applied to the branches 0.4, 0.5 and MAVEN (future 0.6). Note, that I
changed one details: The method for generating the namespace prefix is not
getAttrQName, but getElementQName. Otherwise, the default namespace would
always be mapped to the missing prefix, which would most probably be wrong.
