Hi,

There are different types but mainly the xmltype
Blob/ Clob (Binary Large Object/ Character Large Object)
you can store it as structured xml or non structrude xml
structured means a different setup from the AS part.

The xmltype is just the same as it is stored in jbase but then add a
xml tag before and after the line.
like field 1 the accountnumber from the account table <C1>012345678</
C1>
