You error may or may not be file corruption as it is referring to locking errors (which will ensure that you get logical corruption even if you don't get physical corruption ;-).
If you are getting the correct records, then we can assume that the file is not physically corrupt - at least not in a way that causes aborts at least. However, you still need to supply TEMENOS with this file so that they can see what has gone wrong with it. However, I think that once you test the performance of JR files, then this will become a moot point for you anyway.
