Has anyone encountered this?

I'm exploring a move to RH Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (jdiag below)
and am in the midst of testing our application which is currently
running on RH Linux AS 2.1AS.

My problem has to do with PH-START instantiation of background
processes.  I’ve narrowed the issue down to cursor control
references.  I.E., @(0,22) statements in the code.  Code that we use
in real-time by our Point Of Sale application is also used and run as
Phantom processes.

When the cursor control references are encountered an entry is made
into the $JBCRELEASEDIR/tmp/jbase_error_trace file.  This is the line
that is posted:
