Hi, I know that my post is completely off-topic to your question.
Please install most recent jBASE release if possible (I think that it is 4.1.5.25). 4.1.5.17 has some known issues and I would recommend not to install it unless some specific reasons. Please ask Temenos about list of fixed issues. We are in the beginning of migration from 4.1.5.17 to 4.1.5.25.
