Hi,

While setting up crystal reports, make sure that you have followed the
below given steps also.
 i)  The "Crystal Report Path" in T24 Desktop Options window and the
"Location" field of REPORT.TYPE should NOT be   same.
 ii) Also the directory which you had specified in "Location" field of
REPORT.TYPE should contain the file Qsrrpt.sdk.
 iii) The Crystal report version should be 7.0 to 8.5.
 iv) Crystal reports are compatible with MS-Office version 2000.
 v) Desktop version 1.4.182 or above .
