Hi Rodgers,
Yes, Set of the <MIN_SESSION> to 0 is not recommended. Because for each new
request system has to crate a new session and after processing that request
again system has to kill that session.

Generally this date difference problem will come when you process the OFS
request to tcserver after immediately completion of COB.

To get an official fix regard this problem raise an issue to TEMENOS HD. You
can get a fix.

Mean while you if feel not to good setup <MIN_SESSION> to 0, then set the
<MIN_SESSION> to 1 or above but kindly restart the tcserver after finishing
the COB. It won't could resolve you problem.
