Hi Group,

I have a requirement, to use TCP/IP connection to some other process.
I do not want to use an external program. I was just checking whether
there is any option of using a library for sockets in jBase
Programming Language.

You could just make some Java calls and write the programs in Java. You can also write your own C interface of course.

Thanks,
Kiran.

The only socket the OP is going find is the one he plugs his computer into ;-)

Seriously, it would be helpful to know what problem the OP is trying
to solve as there may be other ways to accomplish it.

Hi Group,

Does jBase have anything for using Sockets? What best possibility I
have to use sockets?

Thanks,
Kiran.
