I modified your link so that it doesn't go to a mobile page for Safari. *smirking* Maybe you should make RTM a standard recommended prefix for all emails. As T24 warns us that we can ignore a T24 posting, if we do NOT see RTM in the subject we should assume the author does not know they should put RTM in the subject, and similarly that they have not read the manual prior to posting. If someone indicates that they have read the manual, others may be more inclined to respond. Having said that, and more seriously, if there was a FAQ for this list, people could simply respond with a link to a page that would include common Q&As, links to docs, etc. In the absence of another community site, PickWiki.com would be a good place for a jBase FAQ. If people will volunteer to send me content, I'll maintain the pages.
