Step 3) should be :
jservcontrol -p c:\jbase\5.0\bin\telnetd.exe telnet install
[ where ' c:\jbase\5.0\bin\telnetd.exe' is the full path to the
telnetd.exe installed on your system ]
The 'license server' is NOT applicable to jBASE 5.0 and above
