Yes 'RECORDLOCKED', 'RECORDLOCK' and 'RECORDLOCKU' are all supported
by the jBASE compiler
[ however due to the ease of misuse of these statements. these
statements should only be used with the utmost care ]

Difference between 'READU' and 'RECORDLOCKU' :

'RECORDLOCKU' takes a lock without actually 'read'ing the item
