Please use jbase.markmail.com and search for internationalization. But you need 
to do the following:

1) Enable internationalization (see jbase.com knowledgebase and down load the 
internationalization manual);
2) Ensure that your text file is UTF-8 encoded (or if it is not then you will 
have to configure the code page);
3) Configure the jBASE print queue to tell it that the target printer's 
encoding (UTF-8?);

It's all there in the manual.
