Hi, Try giving the values TOP.MARGIN and BOTTOM.MARGIN with value 0 (not null) in the DE.FORM.TYPE of the REPORT.CONTROL that is attached to your ENQUIRY.REPORT.
I'am not quite sure if this will work as I have never tried this.. but its worth a try.. also try changing the page skip value of your formqueue to 0 using SP-STATUS in jbase.
